Product Images & Descriptions

At JK Autospares we try our best to make sure all product images and descriptions are accurate however most are provided to us by manufacturers and are for information purposes only. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of images or descriptions supplied.

All product images supplied to us are used on this website under license from the manufacturer. These images are copyright to their respective owner and should not be copied from this website without written permission.

Stock

Stock levels on our website are not live, they are updated at the end of each day. Although we work hard to keep the stock correct we can not guarantee we will always have the requested item. Should this be the case we will contact you to confirm a delivery date before processing the order.

Delivery times shown are an estimate only, we will contact you with a more exact delivery date after you place an order.

Any items that do not show as 'In Stock' are considered Special Order.

We link to other websites that we think may be of interest to you, any links to third party websites by us are for your convenience only, we are in no way responsible for the content of these websites.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this websites products or specials pages include VAT at the current UK rate. When viewing your shopping cart, viewing previous orders, or processing a new order, items will be listed without VAT and it will be added after the sub-total and delivery charges.

Our prices are changing all the time and although we keep our website up-to-date with the latest pricing, on occasion manufacturers and suppliers will make changes without prior warning. If this is the case we will contact you before processing the order, we will always try to do something for you on the price in this situation but in circumstances where this is not possible we reserve the right to inform you of this error, and if you wish to proceed, make the necessary amendments prior to processing your order.

We reserve the right to change any of our prices without notice.

Parts

Although the majority of our parts are designed to fit specific cars, minor modifications or adjustments may be required to accommodate exhausts, lights, or other standard or aftermarket parts.

Ordering

By placing an order with us you are agreeing you have checked that the parts are correct fitment for your car, we clearly list exactly what vehicles our parts fit and we can not accept responsibility for customer errors regarding fitment. If you are unsure about fitment of an item please contact us before ordering. When ordering any universal fitment parts you are agreeing that the parts are not direct fit for any car and will need modification to fit.

After placing an order we will send you a confirmation by email. With items in stock we will process payment and dispatch the order straight away. If we do not have the ordered products in stock we will place them on order and let you know an estimated delivery date by email or telephone. By making an order you agree that you have checked the stock of each item ordered and understand that there may be a delay if not in stock.

By ordering an item that is not in stock you also agree that it will be treated as a special order.

We may refuse to accept an order for any of the following reasons:

• Goods are out of stock or no-longer available.
• When we cannot obtain authorization for your payment.
• If there has been a pricing or description error.

Delivery

All delivery times are an estimate. We are very selective about the couriers we use and although most orders are received on time, factors out of our control may delay a delivery. From time to time we will send an order directly from our supplier to you, if this is the case our normal courier will not be used and we can only give a rough delivery time, we will always let you know before dispatch if this will be the case for you.

It is your responsibility to check your order for damages before signing for it with the courier. We can not accept claims for damages if the delivery has been signed for.

Next Working Day Delivery for Ireland and 2 Working Day Delivery for Mainland UK is valid only for stock items ordered before 1PM.

Returns

We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of the day after the reciept ofgoods, after this period we will not accept any returns.

Returns without genuine cause, such as damage on delivery or bad fitment will not be entitled to a refund on delivery charges, return of these orders are the customers responsibility.

Items marked as Special Order are ordered at your request and will not be accepted for return without genuine cause.

Any returns must come back in the same condition they left, we will not accept any returns from the customers courier if there has been damage in transit or the item or packaging is not as it was when dispatched from us.

We will not accept returns on any parts that have been modified, primed, sprayed or fitted. All items must be in original packaging.

If you have genuine cause to return an item please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement or issue a refund as quick as possible.

Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order with us at any time before it has been dispatched, once an order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled but may still be returned, please see 'Returns' above.

Special Order items can be cancelled at any time before being dispatched to us from the manufacturer, once a special order has been dispatched to us it can not be cancelled but may still be returned, please see 'Returns' above.

Guarantees and Warranties

All product warranties and guarantees are provided solely by the product manufacturer. If you have a claim under warranty, the moment you contact us we will act on your behalf to pursue your warranty claim.

On most occasions products deemed faulty under warranty will need to be returned to either ourselves or the manufacturer for further inspection, but this will be done in the quickest time possible and treated as a matter of urgency. If good quality images are available we may be able to use these to come to a conclusion.

All warranty claims must prove proof of purchase and must be discussed with us before goods are returned. In the event that warranty claim is not deemed valid, we will not be liable for any costs incurred and we will not accept liability for any costs incurred throughout a claim for labor and/or other related charges.

Warranty and Guarantee are voided in the event that products have been modified or have been sold on to a third party.
